Postmark on envelope reads: US Navy, Jan.28, 1944 | 7-PM
Red 6¢ Air Mail stamp in the top right with approx. 1/4 torn off when the envelope was opened on the side. Picture on the stamp is of a DC3 in flight from in front and below showing part of this front and underside. Across the bottom of the stamp it reads: United States Postage. Right above that is Air 6¢ Mail with cents written below the number six. The word "Airmail" is written diagonally across the bottom left corner of the stamp.
Letter is written on Seabee stationary where at the top left is reads Seabees. To the right of that is the Seabee mascot and on the right of the page it reads - Naval Advance Base Depot, Camp Thomas, Davisville, R.I.
It is hand written, unlined and one page in length and written on both sides
