Two purple 3¢ Thomas Jefferson stamps (totaling 6¢) showing his profile and labeled in the top right corner: United States Postage. Below that it reads: Thomas Jefferson 1801-1804. In the center bottom it reads: Cents with the number 3 on either side. By the stamps and in the postmark waves is written AIR MAIL
Letter is written on plain white paper with a blue eagle holding arrows and a palm leaf in its talons. Underneath it reads United States Army. It is hand written, unlined and one page in length and written on both sides.
