Jul. 8, 1943 | 1:30PM Purple 3¢ Thomas Jefferson stamp showing his profile and labeled in the top right corner: United States Postage. Below that it reads: Thomas Jefferson 1801-1804. In the center bottom it reads: Cents with the number 3 on either side. On the back of the envelope it reads Purdue University with the Purdue seal over the top of the letters. Letter is written on plain white paper with a Purdue seal over the top of the letters Purdue University. It is hand written, unlined and one page in length and written on both sides.
