Letter - Pvt. Eugene Haupert to Arthur Haupert (Nov 5, 1942) Envelope is basic white with a return address of: Pvt. Eugene Haupert 3957 S.S. Flight A Barracks 5 Air Corps Technical School Keesler Field, Mississippi Addressed to: Arthur Haupert Rural Route One Urbana, Indiana Postmarked Nov. 6, 1942 (2:30 PM) at Keesler Field, Miss . Envelope is stamped "Air Corps Technical School, Keesler Field, Mississippi in the return address area. Below that is a printed set of pilot wings. There is no stamp on the letter due to being sent by a serviceman during World War II. The letter stationary is all labeled at the top with the US Army Air Force round emblem with blue field. On this is a 5 sided star with a red center making the Army Air Force Star and then a pair of golden wings coming off of the star. Underneath this in red ink it reads: Army Air Corps Technical School; Keesler Field, Mississippi. There is no stamp in the top right and it only has Free written in it. The letter is two pages, unlined stationary, and written on both sides of the page.
