Sam was a top turret gunner on a B-17 bomber during WWII. He flew a total of fifty-four missions over Europe and North Africa.His wife Iva passed away in 1998. He is survived by his brother Chuck and sister in law Gwen, brother John and sister in law Sandra, plus numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your local SPCA.
